Insurance Plans Accepted

Our providers are currently in-network only with Blue Cross Blue Shield, VIVA Health, Cigna Evernorth, and Aetna. We also offer Employee Assistance Program (EAP) sessions through Lyra Health.

At this time, we are not credentialed with the following major insurance providers:

United Healthcare
Tricare
Medicare
Medicaid
Other large insurance carriers

We also do not accept Workers’ Compensation cases.

If you have any of the insurance companies above that we are not credentialed with, we can provide a superbill, so you may receive out-of-network benefits through your insurance plan.

What is a Superbill?
A superbill is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement for services you've paid for out-of-pocket. It includes information like your provider’s credentials, the services you received, and the cost of each service.
